I think Andrew has been contracted and given shares for his services. They were allowed to be sold per contract at certain PPS levels. They could only be sold if the pps reached these levels. If he bought more shares through his Hilbroy affiliation then he probably broke laws and will be fined for his actions. But none of this detracts from the company itself. I also do not think he can be terminated for 7 more days. Please read the PR dated 07/29/2009. JMO
