No court decision or judgement (ie Virgin/Neom) as far as the court docket says.......just a settlement being worked on between the two parties on their own and have it done so the judge can officially clear the court case. Twenty more days to go (unless they turn it in early). We're just waiting on exactly what the agreements are like when its done. Friendly and chummy lawyers of the opposite party tells the story.

What will take longer is the RFID implementation. What will work right now is the barcode scheme of things and it will take (or is taking) place this year with PC, IMO.

How "lonnnng" is long are you saying? The cell phones are already maturing and will improve over time on speed, memory, and cost to consumers.

snowblow5: IMO, it's much easier and effective to the bottom line to "pay-the-piper" to get effective results than to try to "re-invent" the wheel.

I'd be surprised w/ a buyout. I just don't think that's in NeoMedia's BOD's plan and IMO, they'll do just about anything to NOT allow that to happen.

They've worked on this too long and IMO, would want to stear the ship "around the world" once it sets sail than to hand the wheel over to another Skipper.
