I understand your point. My point was that NOK cannot gain any leverage in this situation which would postpone any kind of announcement.

If NOK wins...why would they negotiate?

If IDCC wins...what kind of leverage can NOK possibly have?

spider and all...I'm starting to think there may be a delay due to the need for adjustments to the award. That was no small event concerning the disclosure that NOK numbers for Q404 were off by 30% or more. If thats the case, I welcome the delay. Maybe there's a bit of punitive damages to be calculated as well.

spider, I think if nothing is said they will have to address the comments they made about May 31st being the drop dead date. I see no way they can avoid answering questions on this issue.
