I wonder if this 30% is really an issue, isn't this just a timing issue? If NOK understated 4th qtr it would roll into the 1st qtr. The 1st qtr obligation would not be impacted by prepayment discounts since we're almost done with the second qtr. Perhaps prepayment discounts are available for the second qtr at the earliest.
