I believe companies have indeed approached them, especially after the Nortel auction.

I don't know about them having a bid....but after the Nortel auction brought in 4.5 Billion (and I think IDCC's patent portfolio is at least 5 times as big and has more key patents)....then IDCC is sure to benefit. Google has to be sniffing around, and with the Nokia/Microsoft team not having an Interdigital license....they've got to be worried.

IMHO, IDCC is at least a $300 stock on sale for $50.
