IIRC from when this was brought up before, possibly on the Yahoo board, this is from years ago, like maybe 6-8. It's nothing new, and hasn't held back the share price from moving up or down since then. Also IIRC, it's not a significant amount, I think something like 15k. There must be a reason Ferris refuses to pay it. Maybe they don't have to unless they want to be incorporated in Texas again.
