If they are not in good standing in Texas, they are going no where. This is what I mean about these guys not having a clue how to run a public company. All this talk about dividends and stock buybacks and they can't even keep their corporation alive. If that isn't a red flag here I don't know what is.

I will say again, they can open 135 Gander mountains and NEVER have an increase in share price as they don't even qualify to trade on the pinks right now. Simple stuff imo
