C2 re: ETS bundling
Absolutely!
Frankly I think it would be a lot simpler if Dell were to just bundle a scaled down ETS on all their machines for which they would pay Wave something like a buck or less, and then as you suggest upsell for the full enterprise-grade features.
The reality is that early enterprise and government adopters are being sold by Dell and Wave directly on this platform and will be purchasing the Dell ETS Edition anyways, but I can see a standard bundling by Dell on the horizon to address smaller enterprise users, and later, consumers, buying off the Dell website. For those types of smaller buyers out-of-the-box user features are a must.
