It's not the center of the building anything-wise. Not even remotely.

Perhaps MAYBE the center of the warehouse room which is merely part of the overall 10,000 square feet entire building, but it is certainly not even close to the center of the building.

The only one concerned about how much room a machine takes up is YOU....the CEO doesn't care....not does anyone he's dealing with....straight from the man....but feel free to be concerned on your part about it....

I'm at a loss why this space discussion is important. 1000, 2000, 4000 sq. ft. are all relatively small spaces for any type of commercial or industrial applications. Secondly, I can't think up a good reason why someone would lie about the space requirement. Additionally, for the potential and expectations that the process has, any size space is small change in the equation for any JV. If I were a JV applicant, and someone told me I needed 1000 or 4000 sq. ft., I wouldn't blink at either.

You can see the building on Google Maps. Check the scale at the bottom left of your screen. From what I saw up-close, IMO there is plenty of room for 2 more processors in there, and the approx. 200 shareholders who took the tour with me last year would likely agree.

DEC permits will allow them to build 2 more 30-ton machines on site, and the existing one was a 20-ton machine. Would really suck if such permission was granted and they had to build a new building. Kinda doubt that's the case.
