You can see the building on Google Maps. Check the scale at the bottom left of your screen. From what I saw up-close, IMO there is plenty of room for 2 more processors in there, and the approx. 200 shareholders who took the tour with me last year would likely agree.

DEC permits will allow them to build 2 more 30-ton machines on site, and the existing one was a 20-ton machine. Would really suck if such permission was granted and they had to build a new building. Kinda doubt that's the case.
