I'm at a loss why this space discussion is important. 1000, 2000, 4000 sq. ft. are all relatively small spaces for any type of commercial or industrial applications. Secondly, I can't think up a good reason why someone would lie about the space requirement. Additionally, for the potential and expectations that the process has, any size space is small change in the equation for any JV. If I were a JV applicant, and someone told me I needed 1000 or 4000 sq. ft., I wouldn't blink at either.
