I wouldn't read to much into it bubba Paul could very well have been doing all
audit to prepare for - we know he had to per the SEC
manufacturing to take care of - this could be anything looking at medical device brochures would have qualified as working on this (not to belittle)
preliminary sales contracts - there was rumor of Japanese sales coming.
website issues - look at what he ended up with the go daddy template, I think anything to do with a website for Paul was gonna have issues lol.
patent transfers - this definitely was an issue.. here SL failed to sign them over at closing and wasn't even granted the patent till June 2010 which was at least 6 months after the buyout.
clinical trial paperwork - part of the FDA approval process no doubt.... at this point Paul and Carl were pushing Lee hard to get the Harp... hope probably played into this that Lee would just send it along at some point (we'll never know what Paul knew)

Actually papaul had one email he posted a long time ago that I thought was much more damning. Maybe I'll go back into the old post tomorrow and see if I can find it.
This is one of the multiple bogus emails from the liar Lisenby. Keep in mind that he never had a working BioHarp when spewing this garbage. It was at few weeks later that Lisenby announced he was filing a complaint against Lee. A couple of months before this email Lisenby released a PR with his multi-step plan for the Bioharp. All this talk without a working Bioharp. This was one of the pump parts of the scam as people were led to believe that everything was okay for a long period of time (imo).
The SEC is interested in these types of bogus emails and PRs and will find them useful in their investigation of Lisenby (imo).
