No lies, no fraud, no bogus emails. PL released PR's with the imformation he had at the time and the with the belief that SL would comply with the agreement he drew up and signed. If PL would've PR'd that SL wasn't doing what he agreed to without knowing for sure and then SL did comply you would be accusing him of trying to drive the stock price down for illegal reasons. PL was put in an impossible position and did exactly what he was obligated to do and that was file suit to secure the patents which he accomplished. If anyone defrauded SH's it was SL, he was responsible for not delivering the assets, end of story.
