yep. that's how they do it. they allow you to borrow on the assumption they will get the shares in 3 days. Most likely they will. But the rare occassion in the past where the clearing house did not get the shares, causes short positon calls on margins. That is why ST and Zecco will now run the risk, however minimum it may be. whatever, hold and run up.
