I know how to google BNPD data.

He was suspended for 1 year and placed on two years of probation. Of which he was only suspended for six months.

The order took effect in May of 1997 and the suspension was lifted on Oct 30, 1997 with a two year probation period to follow. Subsequently, his record shows he has "no other discipline in 30 years of practice" and has been active and current since Oct. 30, 1997.

It is only fair to post all the data when divulging information so we can make accurate assumptions.

It would appear that Kagel was the attorney for Bionic Products also ...so there's obviously some flow thru here ....now I agree no one wants to hire a crooked attorney ...but Kagle lost a civil suit to the Sec 17 years ago and was sanctioned ...he does however still have a thriving law practice ....is considered a securities expert ....and if he filed the appropriate docs and paid the appropriate fees ...could practice before the California Supreme Court or even the US Supreme Court .....
