Stubby or Anyone else, I'm not clear, I thought that once the Judge makes a Ruling that, that is it. If it's in favor of BK, than we LOSE immediately. Are you saying that PL has additional time to Cancel the BK himself, after the Judge makes the Ruling?????

PL can cancel the BK after the hearing if he wants. If the judge allows the BK to go forward then SL will have no choice but to comply.

SL does not have to comply with anything once the BK goes forward... what is he going to comply with? There would be no XTend Medical once BK is done... Liquidation BK... got it? no assets no business no nothing... no agreements since there would be no company.... and no bioharp.
