Hey Bub. it seems clear to me that the hearing is only to rule on the motion to dismiss and the motion to continue...just one more step on the the way to what ever.

Once the judge makes the ruling then a court date is set for the finalization of the BK or a date is set to determine the validity of the APA depending on which way the judge rules.Yes PL has time to cancel the BK after the hearing.
