But, the question is how much of IDCC TDD related IPRs are appllicable, essential and/or blocking for the implementation of TD-SCDMA.

TD-SCDMA IS TDD! And Nokia and IDCC have a Contract relationship with IDCC's TDD Patent Portfolio well beyond 2007! TD-SCDMA is 3G!
