You can ask Nokia's IR that question..but enlarge it to include the entire Nokia/IDCC TDD Patent Portfolio..Since they are inseparable as per their TDD Development Contracts..
But, the question is how much of IDCC TDD related IPRs are appllicable, essential and/or blocking for the implementation of TD-SCDMA.
