I agree sf, this is why I refuse to remove the TH from Judge Walrath's name. She set a trap, they got snared and these crook debtors are in heck of a pickle. When you read that Opinion where she says Okay "fair and reasonable" and then brings up the "not enough evidence for bad faith" and No releases for SNH's..

She got em and now they are squirming, that Aurelis lawyer was pleading with her, almost begging. Saregent said he has enough to make his case, she wanted to give him the models though. She laughed at all the redactions. Things are playing out nicely.

There is a very good chance we are still here next year, but I am still on my limb for exit OCt 15th..Or Back in Collyer's court with a chance for petition to be withdrawn. I mean we are talking some serious criminal problems here, fees and all.

We'll see really soon where this is going.

No offense, but judges don't "snooker" people. They don't lay traps, they don't lure them into their lair and they don't trick lawyers. This isn't spy vs. spy.

I'm sorry, but it just doesn't happen. They don't play those kind of games in court rooms. You really are reading too much into this.
