i think the judge is genius! do you know someone that can talk a certain way to people and those people never know they are being played? like here in the south...when you think a person is just clueless...you dont say that to them, you say "bless his heart.." judge is that person. by her calling rosen by "brian" and getting him into her confidences...she got the walls down and snookered him into her lair. she knew shareholders would be on this like "white on rice," after seeing what was done to kmart. she saw through him day 1. and she let him run his mouth till the day i heard don (fsshon) say, "somethings up? he's not for us!" and the rest is history!!!! she knew we would catch on. she knew when she asked rosen if he was representing shareholders best interest and she saw equity there, he staggered... and we saw it! i think she knew, that what she was trying to show us would click, and then we would take action. and we did! well played judge and thank you!
