Agreed. Look at Eckstein and how he spent most of his time defending his client and how many times he was told to discuss the requesed documents and stop the defense. Nothing had been provided to the court concerning the IT as you stated.

After he was done, each of the HFs began their objections and all were short and sweet and to the point. The only one that was incredulous was Aurelius. Providing a resume of his client to demonstrate the clients standing in the community and so on. I am sure there are a few Harvard grads in prison somewhere.

getting docs from Aurelius,was the ec's main goal today ,which we got ,hahaha keep in mind the other 3 did hand over docs hence the reason why the proposed settlement was without Aurelius..NOW WE REALLY GOT EM
