DKLN, let's WAIT until the BK is Rule upon on July 7th. If there is a Positve Bounce in the PP's & the Co. Moves Forward in Marketing the Harp, than I have NO Bones to Pick wh PL. If the Ruling shows PL being Fraudulent & the BK goes through, than & only than, will I File to the SEC for an Investigation.

Remember, the SEC did NOTHING abt Madoff & his Ponzi Scheme, they were getting Reports of Misconduct for Years.
