Everyone has the choice to file a complaint at anytime or not file a complaint at all. For some people, they may have bought at. 05 or higher (based on PRs) and had to sell already, maybe below .005, to retain a fraction of their initial investment. These people have actual losses, not paper losses. Based on how they lost their money, I wouldn't expect that they would touch the stock again. Basically, their money is gone for good (imo).

Also, if the stock is fundamentally sound, it will not be hampered by posts on a message board. It will move based on its own merits. No poster has that much influence on a stock (imo).

Just a note here. IMHO, If the bk7 goes through, it would most likely mean PL is on the up & up. This would mean the judge sides with PL and see's him as the CEO with the authority to file the bk7. This I don't see happening.

If it doesn't go through, it means the Status Quo is ruled such that the APA & ESA remain intact leaving Sam as the majority shareholder and CEO. This however would require Sam to honor it. This is the outcome I hope for because the ESA is enforceable and leave the share holders in a stronger position.

Since all parties concerned read these blogs, they know how the share holders feel. All the name calling and threats at this juncture don't help the cause. In fact they problably hinder the negotiation process. You guys have the courts working this through and the outcome will provide support for your filings if it turns out you are right. In the mean time all these vicious comments could turn out to be slander if you turn out to be wrong. Maybe this could be a place for xmdc to go to get capital if this goes the way I think it will.

These are just my humble opinions. I wish no one anything other then forture & success! That includes Paul, Ben & Sam. Come on guys work it through! Let's get xmdc back on course
