Today's previously schedule omnibus hearing was cancelled due to no business to be done at this time.

The depositions are being conducted outside court as usual in this case.

Depositions don't happen in court,... They are just aptly witnessed, documented, and can be used as a prelude to court testimony.

And yes - both the Court hearing for today was cancelled, and 2 sets of depositions outside of the court were scheduled for today.
