Well, Dew, I don't know what it means. But people on this board have recommended SWN and ECA as, more or less, pure natural gas plays. Maybe that term has no meaning. I don't know. I wouldn't know natural gas from a fart. What I'm looking for is a place to invest some money based on the belief that natural gas prices will not stay at this level for very long, and that the demand for energy from the emerging nations will be insatiable.
I already own some XOM and CVX. I'm just trying to diversify within the energy sector a little bit more.
