Did IDCC and Samsung just wake up this morning and realize that the Nokia arbitration ends 5/31 and we have to prepare for the Samsung arbitration in days or weeks from then? You have to wonder about the timing of this delay. Previously they had delayed it from Feb I believe now on the eve of the Nokia result being announced, we get this delay. Smells like the last delay in the Ericy case to me. They delayed the court hearing then signed a settlement agreement. Same thing could be happening here, I hope. Good luck all.
Today's news would have been great if it were released last Friday, it could have given the option writers a little bit of pain for once. But I guess this months news will give the writers a bit of pain for the next few months if our reading of the tea leaves is correct.
