I remember asking Ken this OS question awhile ago. He didn't respond, so I take it as increased OS is a fact.

Additionally, I have heard of prior cases of third parties who are in no way connected with the company (in this case KATX) surepticiously making a change in a company's website info with a false filing over the internet and paid with an anonymous (Possibly stolen) credit card. I am not saying that such a thing has happened here, but something is wrong with some of the info filed on KATX behalf.

I've been in communication with the Nevada Secretary of State office, and here's an excerpt of a recent email:

...Amendments cannot be filed online, so it would show signatures. This is the information that is on the amendment, so if you can identify the signature that may be who filed it.
