solidgold, My comment was relating to the Authorized Shares being shown as 980,000,000 on the Nevada SOS website and only 700,000,000 Authorized Shares being shown on the 6-15-2011 filing with OTC-Markets.

I was not referencing the Outstanding Shares at all.

I have previously sent emails to Ken and Stan on the discrepancy involving the Authorized Shares and I was not given any kind of a clarification from either Ken or Stan abot the Authorized Shares.

All I can say for sure at this point is that either the Nevada SOS info or the financial info of 6-15-2011 contains an error regarding the AUTHORIZED SHARES.
