Bio, Based on your email info, it appears that what I have heard previously about on line filings with the Nevada SOS may be false. The source for that info is now suspect in my estimation.
Is the copy of the filing with the Nevada SOS available to the public? Can we get a copy? I would be interested in seeing who made the filing...or at least whose name is on the filing. Do you know the Nevada SOS Department to contact to obtain a copy? If there is a charge for the document, what it might be?
I appreciate your research on this matter. I have spent very little time on the computer of late and I have not been doing much research.
