I think they are pursuing the case for that very reason. They go to trial APCC should get legal fees..past and present. I wouldn't settle at this stage unless a nice premium is in there. If Im the new attorneys, I want to go to trial. A settlement usually excludes legal fees..everyone pays their own. Thats why I think AT&T shot itself in the foot. 12 years of legal fees..Whoa!
