I don't think you're missing anything. What's amazing, is considering the funds that the APC plaintiffs have, that the plaintiffs attorneys are willing to continue pursuing this case. The only thing I can figure out is that the plaintiffs attorneys are working on a contingency basis. If that's true, are the attorneys who previously represented the plaintiffs going to sue the plaintiffs for their portion of the amount awarded to the plaintiffs. They worked this case for years, and I don't see them just walking away without getting their money.
