But, as long as it was properly disclosed to investors then......We have a choice to buy or not buy.

The problem comes if KBLB was aware that Calm Seas was connected with stock promoters. This would be pertinent information to investors. Did Calm Seas disclose this information to KBLB?

The Calm Seas agreement had terms basing the price it paid for shares on a percentage of the lowest closing price in the 5 trading days following notice by KBLB of a withdrawal. Calms Seas felt it had an interest in exerting some degree of control over PR to prevent KBLB from just issuing a bunch of fluff PR just before every withdrawal.

That IMHO fully explains why Calm Seas wanted control over the selection of KBLB's PR man.

If I was in Calm Seas position I would want exactly the same thing, nothing sinister at all about it.

I agree the amount of shares he received is astounding.

I believe he is Calm Seas inside guy. What is his purpose? Not sure....he could be there to monitor and report back to Calm Seas that KBLB is continuing on a path of completing or at least attempting to complete the milestones they have set. He could also be in place to inform Calm Seas on key events to assist in the sale of their shares (I believe this option would be securities fraud as it would violate insider trading rules). So I feel his official position is to verify that kblb is moving forward as a legit company.

The CEO needed money..calm seas tells him to do a f/s and drop down to a pink sheet and let me put my guy inside your company so I dont have to rely on you and I can know what I need to do and when I need to do it and can orchestrate it myself.. Then I'll give you money.. Oh and my guy will need 20 mil shares..just because..the CEO knows what calm seas is going to do but just shrugs his shoulders and says oh well I guess you are going to screw my shareholders around huh?...oh well, that's fine..just give me the money...

Think that might be how it went?...I pretty much put this out there quite a while ago...almost spoon fed it..just didnt digest till now I guess...lol

Who knows?..could be how it went.. But what do I know?..lol
