This part of the conversation is intriguing me, I have limited time over the next several days but I am trying to review "other" companies utilizing the type of financing and conditions that are in Calm Seas agreement. At present, I am not finding any "condition" on using finacier's IR guys nor a vc, bank, loanshark or anyone else requiring this condition.

If anyone runs across something, I would be very interested in seeing it.

I'm going to also dig a bit more into Calm Seas agreements that I can find to see if they are similar.

Right now, if I were a betting man, I would bet aganist this one

Good post.....I think you are absolutely correct. It is very clear that it would be in Calm Seas interest to have someone in place to verify the legitimacy of any PR's.
