Why no new, dated signatures? How in hell does one change something so crucial without signature acknowledgement? Have you ever cashed a check with something changed and no initials??? Doubt it. This was an obvious attempt at lowering PPS, wake up! It's easy to photoshop and/or alter documents which if you look closely has been done, however, the signature remains the same... weird...

You are incorrect. Several shareholders, including myself, called and spoke with the company today to ask about today's filings and the company confirmed it was a misprint and that the amount of shares haven't changed.

TYTN now has 6,500,000,000 authorized common shares. There is no disputing that.

where have you been. thats already been rehashed on earlier posts today. TYTN was contacted by several folks and authorized is confirmed at 1.5 billion and 6.5 was a printing error and been promptly corrected

Tell me you DID look carefully under section A & B where the
"Six" is written in a manner that is NOT in line with the doc
& does NOT match the "Six" of A (i). I mean, are you that
gullible or you playing the 'ole angle? What about the spacing,
it isn't consistent either....(was the alias sans "no" already
taken?)

Funny & misguided for sure but something tells me YOU ALREADY
KNEW ALL THIS!!

In fact that "Six" in A is raised (from the rest of the letters
in the sentence) as the "Six" in B is lower than the rest of the
words/letters.

Looks like a fake to me my little fraudulent friend, can't you
tell? Kinda like that argument in that post...kinda phony if you
ask me.

I have to tell you that anyone can post on that site.

One: Page 1 of the Original Document is a different color than the second page that is also labeled page one (1) at the bottom of the second page.

Page 10 orginal with signature also the same color as the original page 1.

the fake page 1 which is the second page should have been labeled page 2. THE IDIOT THAT SUBMITTED THE B.S. FORGOT TO CHANGE THE PAGE NUMBER. DUH!

TWO: Too many attempts have been made to make this look like the real thing. ITS A FAKE PEOPLE NOTHING MORE!!!

I'm sure someone is going to be in a lot of trouble for making fake documents on a government website.

The share structure has not changed.
