#37148 RE: NonpartisanEagle #37124

You are the second poster to reply to my post by saying that the outstanding shares haven't changed. The amendment is for the authorized shares not the outstanding shares.

Here is what I will guarantee you and everybody else reading this forum will not happen.

None of these posters claiming the CEO is telling them that the authorized share count did not change from 1,500,000,000 to 6,500,000,000 will be able to get the CEO to put that in writing.

I guarantee you that no amendment will show up tomorrow changing the authorized share count back to 1,500,000,000 and no public statement on the website will be made by the CEO saying that as of June 15, 2011 the authorized share count is 1,500,000,000 and the 6,500,000,000 number was an error.

-----

Seriously what do you think the filing was for if it wasn't to raise the authorized share count? That was the only thing in the filing that was updated from the previous articles of incorporation.

-----

To the people that are still looking at the first of two filings down today with the Colorado SOS there was a second filing done today that made ALL the changes from 1,500,000,000 to 6,500,000,000.

-----

To the people that think somebody hacked the system or breached the company security (passwords) and did a fraudulent filing today forging the CEO's signature. Um no. The company could have made a new filing by now or a public statement dealing with such a situation.

-----

Done debating this because it's just asinine to even make it a debate. The last amendment today makes everything very clear. Give it a day or two and everybody will realize how foolish they were for thinking that the authorized share count didn't get raised to 6,500,000,000 though probably nobody will admit to being wrong.

If the CEO really did tell anybody today after the second filing that the authorized share count wasn't raised to 6,500,000,000 I hope you recorded that statement because that could get the CEO in a lot of trouble. That is why you'll not see him put it in writing.
