You're prolly right about the .. Rules are there to be broken part ;)
additionally to that you can't get LVL2 for FF since they don't open the order books. So yes, hard to know what actually happens there.

Yet after what happened last year I'd expect them to be more carefull these days. Especially with the new "Rules" up.

So true Viva. The SEC, FTC, FDIC etc rarely enforce the rules on the main exchanges. NEVER down here in bb/pinkie land. Its lawless, kinda like the old west. Except in the old west EVERYONE got to carry a gun, not just the criminals.
