We have so many RULES on the books in the USA regarding investment but they do not get enforced.
Is the German version of the USA S.E.C. any better at protecting it's investors?

All the rules get broken.
So you may want to look closely at 'what's really happening within the German marketplace' to get the picture of reality.

I'm not doubting they have rules, lots and lots of rules forbidding this practice, but like these Financial firms really care. LOL They do as they please.
