I have no problem this thing going up tomorrow, nothing would make me happier, BUT, I have seen this movie before and I am not interested in the sequel!

On the other hand, a signed term sheet acceptable to all parties, including the judge, (which is what they said they are working on), would fast track this BK, imo. By fast track, I mean it would be done before August.
