I think Ted is right, the Carl Smith guy who is listed in the older press release shows up as the managing partner for the Sarasota Fl Lifestyle Ventures which is the adult product company. I agree with you however, I don't care what they make as long as the money is good. I also don't think Provision would be floating 8K's with a company name as big as Rite-Aid unless it was real. It would be nice to get more details and a real press release with some kind of statement from Kurt. After all he always has something to say on the releases that are relatively peanuts compared to this news so you'd think there would be something by now.
