Was that HIS money or QASP's? If it was his, why on Earth would he give HIS own money to a company that can't account for in excess of $10 million? To me, that's incomprehensible to think any SANE person would have given their own money to a company in such disarray or with people involved who can't be trusted.

Again, I will say that to me, it is incomprehensible that anyone with interest in QASP would object to an investigation of over $10 million shareholder money unaccounted for. What am I missing here? Shareholders have been badly burned and deserve honest answers. My question is "Where HAVE the FBI AND SEC been?"

This comment has been BADLY taken out of context and was NOT what was said in the deposition. It's simply a distortion of the truth and creates serious doubt about the people who say this. GLTA

UM, QUASAR had $38 dollars and didn't hold up their end of the contract. Jeff was working WITH them to try and maintain a relationship to eventually benefit quasar shareholders.

IF I was in the same position I would ALSO try to save the Mineseeker relationship, not a couple small plane.

OMG, do you have any ethics whatsoever? Was Business Ethics not a requirement to graduate college? You're faulting him for doing the right thing. A statement like that, from our CEO, is fundamentally wrong on so many levels!

As a shareholder of QASP, I think you should resign immediately if you're not going to run this publicly traded company in an ethical manner.

I don't think Jeff is going to stop fighting you plan that will destroy shareholders until you win in court. We will see but judge unless he rules your changing BOD or making you CEO valid Jeff is still CEO. We shall see how judge rules but IMO Jeff plans to fight you until judge rules who is CEO.
