I agree -- and the fourth point is the one that counted -- bringing in the Feds was the game spoiler that made Dean and Joe go nuts, IMO.

The other points that Joe spins are not meaningful, but the Feds can be a real problem -- hence the plan to oust Jeff, which Jeff has acquiesced to.

It appears Joe is prevailing in the courthouse, because there wasn't any incentive for Jeff to keep fighting a battle that wasn't worth winning. I just hope the AG keeps at it.

Regarding the last point - this has been my opinion since the first time I followed Viking here to see WTF was so interesting about a tiny aviation company that told big stories. My advice to fellow posters - assume all pink sheet stocks are scams or run by incompetent people who dissipate and/or misappropriate cash, and you won't be missing much from the 25% that aren't.
