-tried to take control of the company via issuing himself preferred shares
-dealt w. ms for himself not quasar
-gave ms 89.5k while letting quasar lose 350k worth of planes they only owed 90k on
-instigated investigations, instead of just cleaning up internally, against quasar w. sec, fbi, attorney generals office
-planned to let quasar "die on the vine"
