Maybe the logistics/funding angle on how they're going to implement this particular roll out...still kind of strange, in my opinion. Although nothing surprises me here anymore...late on their 10-Q filing again (NT filed).
Market cap is under $3M ($2.89M based on ~45M shares OS) which shows an extremely UNDERVALUED capitalization, especially in light of this recent agreement with Rite Aid.
Yeah maybe like an announcement they got another round of financing. If it takes 3 mil for 500 then 5000= 30 million. Of course they may get a volume discount ;)
