They will have to do this in phases. "Phase I" could be building and installing 250 kiosks, for example. Whatever it is they should, and probably are, get cracking on it right away. If the financiers need shares then get them some shares based on a much higher price than here ($.14 for phase I) and get on with the press releases so the financiers can sell their shares for $.20 something, make profit and finance Phase II, Phase III, etc...JMO. PVHO will need about 20 phases if they're to outfit all 4,800 Rite Aid stores with kiosks.
