By requirement, if SNEY is to remain "fully reporting " once caught UP, They have to file Quarterly with the SEC a 10Q. The 2 nd quarter 10Q will have REVENUE, and it is due, I belive 30 days after end of quarter. The third Q should be great, at least better than the second, because of length of Production time, and the rainy season has been discounted as a mitigating factor by DM. Either way SNEY has Dredges that pull in massive Tons of raw material, refine it very quickly, and the Black Sands GO to BEDROCK, not the Flintstones either.

Charlie,

I'm sure what you have stated is true, but it's not impossible. If there is any material worth moving, it wouldn't take much to get it airlifted via helicopter. I've seen helicopters lift everything from ancient logs to armored vehicles and it's done with relative ease. I'm not sure if they would do this, but it's always an option.

The dredges arrived in mid March so assuming a few days to transport, and a few days to set up (probably closer to a couple of weeks for both) they have been dredging since late March early April, so between a month and a month and a half.

I would also assume if they had the ability to transport dredges and other equipment needed to conduct mining they could use the same roads to get material out..... possibly even barges, depending on the river. Don't know a lot about the particulars of the geography, etc of this area, but would assume if the ore is found in sufficiant quanties the infurstructure would be built to support the mining operation.

And about the REEs.... Am I correct that we plan to ship TONs of material out of Sierra Leone for processing? i didn't think that Sierra Leone has the infastructure to support moving large heavy trucks loaded with black sand. Their roads and bridges are basic at best, and travel in general is very slow.

The Company has stated they have secured facilities in Freetown to store the Placer Sands.
It takes about four 48 gal. drums to make a ton of Placer sands.
From their camp by the river to the paved road is a few miles tops, then paved road, 3 to 4 hours to Freetown.

Shipping out of SL is not that difficult, load the drums into 22ft containers, wait for the ship to fill up, that could take weeks to months, and off it goes. Then you pay for for ground transportation to go from the Port to your final destination. Prices for shipping are easy to find. The shipping info comes from a friend in the business.

Nobody knows who can process Placer Sands to Monazite, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monazite
and then process the Monazite to REE's.
I have spoke to many chemical engineers at many companies, none could help me.

There are companies that will buy the Placer Sands for the gold, however the Company can do that fairly easy, on site.
The Company could store the Sand till a place is found to process them. That has to be done carefully since the sand can be radioactive.

Hope this helps.
