The dredges arrived in mid March so assuming a few days to transport, and a few days to set up (probably closer to a couple of weeks for both) they have been dredging since late March early April, so between a month and a month and a half.

I would also assume if they had the ability to transport dredges and other equipment needed to conduct mining they could use the same roads to get material out..... possibly even barges, depending on the river. Don't know a lot about the particulars of the geography, etc of this area, but would assume if the ore is found in sufficiant quanties the infurstructure would be built to support the mining operation.
