Here's the thing we may be overlooking - as CEO (even a fake one) he is supposed to be focused on getting the best return for the investors. Since he is not fulfilling that duty and actually, he is eroding the value of our investment by his actions, it seems that we would have some legal recourse against him personally for his actions as CEO does it not? Maybe one of the more legal minds on the board would share some insight?

Invest - I'm sure there is at least 500 other QASP shareholders that totally agree with you. There is not a word that comes out of Joe Con's mouth that has any truth to it and isn't spoken solely for his and only his personal benefit. I'm sure QASP shareholders will have no problem finding a top rated lawyer on a contingency basis to take on a class action suit against him and his bros, especially once criminal charges have been upheld. The FBI has some real good techniques for following the money trail, so even his off shore accounts won't be safe. The more he posts, the more he strengthens shareholders conviction to have the last say.

"insidious destructive and self serving behavior"

Could not have described it better Investman432

IMO Joe's actions have wasted a great deal of time and resources --- this deal could have been completed much earlier on better terms, but for his obstruction and interference -- he threw everything but the kitchen sink to block this deal -- insidious destructive and self serving behavior, that has put at great risk QASP shareholders, employees and creditors, and cost dearly. He underestimated Owens and Jeff, as most people would have buckled under the weight of this sustained nonsense. I can't wait for him to get his just deserts.
