Here's the thing we may be overlooking - as CEO (even a fake one) he is supposed to be focused on getting the best return for the investors. Since he is not fulfilling that duty and actually, he is eroding the value of our investment by his actions, it seems that we would have some legal recourse against him personally for his actions as CEO does it not? Maybe one of the more legal minds on the board would share some insight?

Because he is not validly appointed the CEO of QASP, I don't think he can be held to the fiduciary responsibility of a real CEO. As far as I can tell, he has done nothing concrete in his imposter role (other than blow his own horn). His actions appear to directly breach the court order, so we need the judge to determine what penalty is appropriate.

Now would be a good time for the Grand Jury indictments to be unsealed. Unless someone has any better information, QASP as an operating entity is over. Any news of business activity at the school. By now the lenders on the equipment/planes should have taken their collateral.
