Here's the thing we may be overlooking - as CEO (even a fake one) he is supposed to be focused on getting the best return for the investors. Since he is not fulfilling that duty and actually, he is eroding the value of our investment by his actions, it seems that we would have some legal recourse against him personally for his actions as CEO does it not? Maybe one of the more legal minds on the board would share some insight?
